Where did you get revenue share information for Grubhub and Seamless?
GrubHub and Seamless allow restaurants to change the commission they pay. Restaurants paying higher rates will appear higher in search results than restaurants paying lower rates. The average commission outlined in their 2015 Investor Presentation is 15%. Many restaurants pay more than this, which may also be influenced by recent mergers with Eat24. This information is available publicly in Annual and Proxy Reports.
Why didn’t you factor in email opt-ins and other data?
It’s true that email addresses and other data collected from online ordering is extremely valuable. GrubHub, Seamless, Eat24 do not collect opt-ins from online ordering. This means they’re likely to return to GrubHub, instead of your own online ordering site to place additional orders.

How do I change the Average Order Value?
